Sandalphon

A warrior angel from the "Honor Guard of God". Not one of the arch angels but pretty close to that. A cheerful, friendly personality with a few quirks and an odd sense of humor. Ironically not very good in interaction with woman may it be angel

As every angel Sandalphon has a pair of white feathered wings. Light, grey hair frames his face and blue eyes that shine even in the deepest darkness. He often wears a grey trenchcoat and when others go to battle in shining armors he often relies more on plain but effective gear. When he is not in a fighting situation he wears normal clothes that are worn on earth. T-Shirt mostly in grey and jeans are his favourites. He is not one that boasts about himself so his clothes reflect that perfectly.

Sandalphon has a more introverted personality. He prefers solitude over company which doesn't mean that he isn't reliable. Crowds make him nervous and even more shy but in battle no one could have a better angel at his or her side than Sandalphon. He is a formidable warrior with any kind of weapon, brave, strong willed and polite. He has no real disgust against fallen angels and sees it just as a "poor choice" when they followed Lucifer into hell. In normal conversations he tries to be polite and friendly even when his conversation partner is rude. He is wise with the wisdom of centuries and he is smart when he needs to be. His problem are woman. Around them he is often insecure and doesn't talk much or tries to say as least as possible. That's why most of them experience him as a cold bastard since he tries to avoid their gazes as well. This is not out of dislike though, but pure shyness.

Sandalphon always carries his blade, a two-handed, rune inscripted spellblade which he forged by himself in the holy forge. A series of smaller, holy dagger is lined in leather sheats around his waist. A belt is hung over his shoulder where he stores a few potions for emergency supply. One could say he is prepared for everything that he faces in battle. He is a formidable warrior with any kind of weapon may it be holy or demonic. Through his experience in the countless wars he is a veteran with skills to operate even the darkest, most tainted weapons without any harm. He can also see through most of the demonic illusions if they aren't too powerful for him.

Sandalphon was one of the first angels created after the archangels. He is a member of the godly Honor Guard and teacher and trainer for younger angels. He fought in every war since the first clash between demons and angels and was one of Lucifers closest friends. He still believes that negotiation and peace between angels and hell is possible and he volunteered for this project even though woman make him nervous. About his private life is not much known, as one of the higher up he rarely leaves the high heavens, he has no family, never married and has no children (a rarity under the ranks of the higher ups). He is hard to befriend and only the archangels seem to have some kind of bond to him.
